Kazutaka Masuda is a lecturer in social work at Mukogawa Women’s University, and editor of the Japanese Journal of Home Care. He is interested in advocacy with a focus on issues related to coordinated service delivery systems and access to care, particularly in the part played by front line implementers, and the creation of care management through different forms of knowledge. He has a practical background in voluntary sector community development work.
