\u82f1\u6587\u8981\u65e8 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000After the Fukushima nuclear accident in March 2011, one of the private support teams in Saitama prefecture started psychological and social support for the victims evacuated from Fukushima prefecture. In this support team called Shinsai-Shien Network Saitama, several professionals in psychology, social welfare and law collaborated. One of the biggest emergency shelters was provided by Saitama prefecture in Saitama Super Arena, where over 2,500 evacuees stayed and several complex issues emerged.
\u3000We interviewed six core members of this support team and analyzed their multi-vocal narratives. They were a lawyer, a judicial scrivener, a clinical psychologist, a social worker, a system engineer, and a specialist in workers welfare. They started psychological and social care at the above emergency shelter, and also at the secondary shelter Kisai-High-School for over two and a half year. After closure of these shelters, most of the evacuees dispersed to various regions in Saitama, and some of them returned to Fukushima. All six supporters launched their new support projects to resolve evacuee\u2019s isolation problems. They produced several community caf\u00e9s and published news-letters making connections between each evacuees and Saitama residents.
\u3000By the narrative analysis, each supporter\u2019s philosophy of their own action and their way of collaboration were clarified. All the supporters expressed that their own professional skills were advanced by their collaboration experiences.
\u3000Importance of the inter-professional collaboration was described in this study. Inter-professional collaboration in emergency faze enhanced into inter-professional network in reconstruction faze also contributed to establishing social support network in time of normal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
